The LovePulse 60-night promise

Try LovePulse (and the LovePulse Duo) for 60 nights from the day it arrives. If it isn't everything you hoped, email us within those 60 nights and we refund the price of LovePulse. You don't need to send it back. One 60-night refund per customer.

2-year warranty on LovePulse

If your LovePulse stops working within 2 years of delivery, send us a photo or short video and your order number. We replace it free of charge.

What can be returned

You can return, within 30 days of delivery, full-price (not discounted) items from these categories only:

  • Lingerie
  • Accessories such as cuffs, restraints, blindfolds, paddles and other non-intimate accessories

Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once we receive and check the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What can't be returned

  • Intimate products that touch the body, such as vibrators, dildos, strokers, plugs and other toys, once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened.
  • Items bought at a discount, except where the law in your country gives you a right of withdrawal (see below).
  • Digital products such as eBooks.

Your legal right of withdrawal (EU and UK)

If you live in the EU or the UK you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, for any item that is still sealed and unopened, including discounted items. To use this right, email us within 14 days and return the unopened item within 14 days after that. Return shipping is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons this right does not apply to intimate products whose seal has been opened after delivery.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video. We send a replacement or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping. This applies to every product, including discounted items and toys.

Lost parcels

Every order is tracked. If a parcel is lost in transit, we resend it at no cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that the order may already be on its way.

How to start a return

Email thelovepulse1@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We reply within 24 hours on weekdays and send you the return address.
