Every order ships in a plain, unbranded box with no product names on the outside. Your bank statement shows a neutral company name, never "LovePulse".

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

• USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand: 4–10 business days
• Rest of the world: 4–12 business days

Times can be longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and the holidays, or because of customs checks.
